We have spent a happy 18 months in a lease with the Accomodation Centre and cannot fault them, they have always been helpful and proactive in getting anything with the property fixed as well as very pleasant and reasonable to deal with. Dominic especially has been a wonderful estate agent to deal with, very professional and a person that really looks after his tenants!

Short story: one of the best estate agents in Manchester. Long story: I've used over 6 estate agents for renting. Accomodation centre, and more specifically Dominic is very honest, respectful and just does as much as he can to make you happy in your home. From day 1 he's sorted anything that needs to be sorted, after speaking with him sometimes minutes after I've had calls from other companies to sort things. Very friendly and efficient and would recommend to anyone.

I rented a room with Accommodation Centre for two years and I would say they were trustworthy and reliable for all my accommodation needs. The team at the accommodation centre maintained excellent communication about improvements in the property as well as new tenants moving in. Any repairing and fixtures that were followed up and sorted out right away. I would highly recommend young professionals to rent with them especially if you are new in the city and looking for a friendly and efficient rental agency and an affordable place to stay.
