PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for somebody willing to sign for a minimum of six months- we regret we cannot offer anything less than this.

As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.

Before the tenancy starts:

- Holding Deposit: Equivalent to 1 week’s rent
- Deposit: Equivalent to 5 week’s rent
