The room is set in a large 6 bed house with a large kitchen diner, lounge with flat screen TV and two bathrooms, one with a bath the other has a shower cubicle. Property also has a small yard at the rear and garden area at the front.
Property also benefits from a fortnightly professional cleaning service to all communal area's.

Property is in an excellent location, just off Wilmslow Road, 1 Minute from the bus stop giving excellent access to the Universities and City Centre.

Only a short walk from the centre of Fallowfield in one direction and Withington in the other giving excellent access to all the amenities and entertainment they provide.

Permitted payments

Before the tenancy starts:

- Holding Deposit: £80 Equivalent to 1 week's rent
- Deposit: £400 Equivalent to 5 week's rent

- Payment of £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
- Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3.75%

- Television licence
- Council Tax

Other permitted payments:
- Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
